These terms govern the use of our website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

◆ Effective: 1 January 2026 ◆ Last updated: 1 January 2026 ◆ Version: 1.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Balaji Power Solar website (balajipowersolar.com) or engaging us for any solar-related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

M/s Balaji Power & Infra Solutions provides:

  • Residential rooftop solar system design and installation.
  • Commercial and industrial solar EPC services.
  • Solar consultation and site assessment.
  • Documentation support — net metering, DISCOM approvals and subsidy paperwork.
  • Maintenance and monitoring plans.

Specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are based on the site assessment and the scope discussed at the time of quotation.
  • Any change in scope (e.g. additional panels, structural work, extra wiring) may change the final price — we'll share a revised quote before proceeding.
  • Government subsidies and tax benefits are applied as per prevailing policy and are the customer's responsibility to confirm eligibility.

4. Payments

  • A booking advance is required to confirm a project and initiate procurement.
  • Balance payments are due as per the agreed milestone schedule (typically: advance → material delivery → installation → commissioning).
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI or other methods communicated at the time of booking.
  • Delayed payments may result in delayed scheduling or suspension of work.

5. Installation & Delivery

  • Installation timelines shared are estimates and depend on site readiness, material availability and DISCOM approvals where applicable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, transport, government approvals, customer-side delays).
  • The customer must provide safe access to the roof and site during installation.
  • Any structural work beyond solar mounting (e.g. civil work, roof repair) is not included unless explicitly agreed.

6. Warranty

Warranties on our installations cover:

  • Solar panels: as per manufacturer's performance warranty (typically 25 years).
  • Inverters: as per manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–12 years).
  • Workmanship: our installation quality is warranted for a period agreed in the project agreement (typically 1–5 years).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, natural disasters, or third-party intervention.

7. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate information about your property, energy usage and existing electrical setup.
  • Ensure site access during survey, installation and commissioning.
  • Provide required documents for net metering, subsidy and DISCOM approvals.
  • Maintain the system as per recommended guidelines (cleaning, periodic checks).
  • Inform us of any planned structural modifications that could affect the solar system.
